Egg Hunt

Our town had their annual Easter egg hunt this year, they have like 20,000 eggs so it is a pretty big deal. They ring a bell and then you can go and pick up eggs, we went to a spot where no one was and so the girls were able to pick up a ton of eggs before the wave of people came and took over our spot. Lance and Kelli and the kids were able to come up and spend the day with us and we had tons of fun! It was a warm day but with the Kansas wind that was sooo strong it didn't feel very warm. But it was nothing compared to last year, it was freezing, so overall it was a much better time.
The girlies posing for the camera while they waited for it to start.

Look at all the eggs they got!

After the egg hunt we went home and colored eggs. We did glitter eggs which was lots of fun. Nellie only wanted green, (big surprise) and of course she wouldn't use a spoon and she dyed her hand bright green. She sure is silly. We had so much fun with Lance and Kelli. Thanks for coming and hanging out with us!

I love the girls posing for pictures! They are so funny! They really did get a lot of eggs. Is Nellie's hand still green? I'm sure she doesn't care if it is. That's really nice that you can have the cousins over and do eggs! Good job on the pictures! I love them!

You gotta love small town egg-hunts. St. George is just getting too big and the kids get like 1 egg each. Hope you had a great Easter!
